What is Good Karma?

“What is Good Karma?” you may be asking yourself. It’s a great question, and one that I’m happy to answer for you. Good karma is living in the present moment with an attitude of thankfulness. It’s about being grateful for all of your blessings and giving back to others just as much as they have given to you.

Good Karma: Finding Purpose in Your Daily Happiness

What is Good Karma? It’s the feeling you get when you’re doing what’s right and trying to be a good person in every way possible! When you have Good Karma, you’re living with purpose and meaning.

Good Karma is about creating a positive environment- not just for yourself but also your work relationships or even the way you interact with people on social media. No matter who you are and what life stage you are in right now, Good karma will make your world better! That’s why it needs to be a part of your daily life.

The Pillars of Good Karma

KINDNESS: Kindness is about being intentional with others. It means going out of your comfort zone and trying something new, or making a decision to do good for someone you don’t know. Kindness can be as simple as complimenting the person in front of you on their scarf, or as challenging as donating your time to a cause you’re passionate about.

ACHIEVEMENT: Achievement is all about taking pride and feeling accomplishment in what you do. It’s the sense of satisfaction that comes with meeting goals, or pushing yourself outside your comfort zone for something new that ultimately leads to progress. Sharing it with others can be just as rewarding.

GRATITUDE: Gratitude is about taking time to appreciate what you have, even when things are tough. It’s the act of acknowledging all that’s good in your life and counting your blessings on a regular basis. Gratitude can be as simple as making it part of your daily routine by writing down a few things you’re grateful for in your journal, or as challenging as donating your time to a cause you’re passionate about.

Good karma is the idea that there’s more than one way to measure success in this life—and it might not come with external rewards. It’s what we get from giving back and being of service to others without looking for anything in return. The more we accept and embrace the idea that our happiness is not just about ourselves, but also about others around us—and the world at large—the more meaningful it becomes to live this way in earnest.”
